A workout designed for individuals who don't like to workout on their own. Achieve more with a group of friendly, supportive, and encouraging people. Current group schedule as shown below.

A workout designed for individuals that needs more guidance, support, and motivation. With this session you will get a customized workout program which includes health and nutrition tips. This session has an open schedule based on your availability.

ShredIT In Home Sessions

A session designed for the busy person who has no time to go to gym. This setting would be in the convenience of your home. You can invite 2 - 5 friends and or family members for a one hour group workout session. This session has an open schedule based on your availability.
